The class
Worked out from the students' own record at the moment you open it.
The course's documents
Every title the course knows: the library's works, your uploads, the readings your syllabus names and the readings suggested for it. Green means the text is here, and searchable.
The course
"Suggest similar readings" asks Opus for readings like the texts already in the course (and the syllabus's topics). "Use my description" asks Opus from the description below: confirm the suggested one or write your own. Either way you get a list of candidates, each marked "we hold this text" or "not held", to keep or dismiss: nothing is fetched or added until you choose to.
Documents
Our library is the set of works ILT holds and indexes for every course: the classics (Smith, Bastiat, Ricardo, Jevons, Mill, Marshall, Cournot, Pigou), an antitrust case and guide (the Justice Department's lysine fine, the FTC's price-fixing guide), two government studies (the EIA on gasoline demand, the EPA's guidelines for economic analyses) and the OpenStax Principles of Microeconomics summary; your syllabus's own readings and your files come on top.
The syllabus's topics, and your notes to the Coach
Search the course's texts
Passages from the course's texts and the library, best first: each with its document, the lessons it is apt for, and whether the Coach may quote it.
The Coach's settings
Two knobs set how long the Coach stays with a student on one step. A change applies to every student within a minute and is written to the audit, with your name.
The campus crisis line
Audit
Every change, newest first: who, when, and what moved.
Reliance on the Coach over the term
The sponsor's fade: a class that needs the Coach less at the end of the term than at the start is a success. Coach turns per settled step, calendar month by calendar month, the current month included. Mentor and crisis conversations are never counted.
What students say
The "was this helpful?" taps under the Coach's replies, by the approach the Coach was using, and the end-of-unit survey: three questions from 1 to 5 and the comments, in the students' own words. Counted and quoted without names.
